The Best Peppermint Hot Chocolate Recipe

The Best Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Picture it! (I sooo said that in my best Sophia from Golden Girls voice) It’s icy cold outside, and slightly misty. The day is fading to dusk, and all you can think about is making a steamy mug of rich hot cocoa to warm your body and soothe your soul!

One of my family’s traditions at holiday time is to sit around in pajamas, enjoying the fire, and our mint cocoa! I’m sharing my favorite two best peppermint hot chocolate recipes below: one easy, and one that takes a little more work, but is totally worth it! Leave me a comment and let me know if you try it!

  1. I love hot chocolate for the season! I can sip it after 5’oclock and still be able to make it to bed at a decent time. I love coffee but it keeps me awake 😳 I’ll have to bring these up with my aunt, anything peppermint and she’s all over it.

  2. Both of these recipes are so fabulous! Tomorrow evening I’ll be making Recipe #2. I absolutely love hot cocoa AND I’m crazy about peppermint. Happy holidays to you and your family!

  3. Peppermint Hot Chocolate is always a hit in my house. I will have to get the ingredients I need to make some for the holidays. It will be a delicious way to warm up after being outside.

  4. It’s getting cold here in California and I’m always looking for different hot drinks. Peppermint hot chocolate is one of my favs – about time I stop going to Starbucks and make it at home to save money.

  5. I love peppermint flavore and trust me a peppermint hot cocoa is a win win… That looks yum πŸ˜‹ and I wish I could sip it right away πŸ˜„πŸ‘πŸ»
