Are you in charge of planning your friend’s bachelorette party this year? If so, it can begin to feel like you have a massive responsibility on your shoulders, especially when trying to work around social distancing guidelines. After all, your friend is only going to have one bachelorette party (hopefully!) and you want to make sure that she has the time of her life. With that in mind, there is a lot that you need to consider when it comes to planning the occasion. From the activities to organizing the occasion with all of the attendees, there is a lot to take on. With that in mind, read on to discover some top tips on how to organize a Covid friendly Bachelorette party.

  • Read online guides for advice on the best parties – Whether you’re planning a party in Key West, Las Vegas, or anywhere else in the United States, you can find plenty of advice online. Believe it or not, social distancing doesn’t have to prevent you from going out. There are venues for everything from bars to comedy clubs that will allow you to rent them out or that enforce social distancing capacity regulations. Online guides can help you find venues that will allow you to (safely) have a good night.
  • Don’t overcomplicate things – Keep things as simple as possible. The main ingredient for any Covid friendly bachelorette party is fun. You don’t have to put together an elaborate plan! Sometimes just getting together and having a “wine and pj’s” night can be just as fun as a night out!

  • Don’t ask for too many opinions – There is nothing wrong with enlisting a friend or two to help you plan the occasion. However, one thing that I would advise against is asking everyone’s opinion on different plans and activities. When you do this, you will find it ends up becoming impossible to agree on a date or a location. This is why it makes sense for you to decide with one or two other people, and then you can give the dates and plans to everyone to find out whether or not they can make it. If you try to keep everyone happy, you will end up with a massive headache!
  • Think about what would make your best friend happy – Yes, there are going to be other people involved (including the bride’s family in many cases). Yes, you want everyone to have a great time. However, it all begins with making sure that your friend is happy. After all, it is her weekend! You can add plenty of little touches that will make the weekend special and one to remember. For example, why not add some balloons to her hotel room to give her a bit of a surprise? You could also put together little party bags. You do not need to spend a lot to make it special.

So there you have it: some of the top tips on how to organize a Covid friendly bachelorette party during this unique time of social distancing. While there is a lot riding on this occasion, try to enjoy the process, rather than letting it get to you. Do not be afraid to ask other friends or family members to help you out if you are struggling. Remember, the main ingredient when it comes to any sort of bachelorette party is having fun. With this, you can’t go wrong!
