Is there anything better on earth than cupcakes? And when you combine awesomely moist and decadent cupcakes with a girly-glam “boutique” atmosphere, like at Gigi’s Cupcakes, it really gets no better!

So how did we end up in cupcake heaven? Well, my mom and I had plans to take Bella for a little swimming and outdoor play, and then to do some afternoon shopping. Those plans got rained out, so we decided to go for cupcakes instead! (Because rain=dessert, naturally!) The choice for today was Gigi’s Cupcakes, which is somewhat new to Greensboro, NC.  Gigi’s is such a cute place to visit.  Everything is pink, green, and oh so girly!  The staff are super friendly, and the inside is very spacious!

Everything in the display counter looked scrumptious, so we had a hard time deciding what to order.  In the end, I stuck with chocolate flavors: Oreo, Peanut Butter Cup, and my favorite: Hot Fudge Sundae. Soooo decadent!  My mom chose Wedding Cake and Pink Lemonade, which both looked amazing, and tasted even better! Gigi’s Cupcakes is a national chain, so check to see if there’s one in your area and pop in for a quick taste. You won’t be disappointed!
