Target’s Best Kept Secret

Hey Socialites! Today’s subject matter might be a little sensitive: fair warning! If you don’t like discussing women’s undergarments, click the “X” at the top of the screen, because today, I’m discussing the Gilligan & O’Malley line at Target stores!

So, if you’ve been following my blog, I shared in this post that one of my goals for 2018 is to step up my undergarment and shapewear game, as we all know that what you wear under your clothes can really make or break a look! I’ve always shopped at Soma, Third Love, or Victoria’s Secret for bras (although I wish VS would put as much time and money into the quality of their products as they do into their fashion show, but I digress!) Anyhoo, as luck would have it, I was in Target last week shopping for something totally boring and unrelated, when I saw a sign that said: “Buy One Get One 50% Off Gilligan & O’Malley!!! Anyone who knows me knows that BOGO is my love language! My mom saw the writing on the wall, and went to sit in the car, while I diligently combed through the racks!

I ended up getting four Gilligan & O’Malley bras: basic (but essential) black; a shocking hot pink; a gorgeous lace trimmed sapphire blue; and a totally feminine and lacy peach confection that I’m profiling later in this post, because it’s so pretty!

I have to say that these bras, although bargain priced, feel very high quality, and provide great support! Each is different: the black (not pictured) and the hot pink are both lightly lined; the sapphire blue is a push-up; and the peach is a racerback. What I love the most is that although each bra is a different style, the fit is consistent with each one. They are seamless and undetectable under my clothing, and the lace and fabric of the bras is sooo soft! ?

As I stated above, my favorite bra is this gorgeous and soft peach and lace racerback! The back is what I love the most…SOOO gorgeous and feminine!

If you’re needing new bras (and undies, and pajamas, and cozy socks) for 2018, I highly recommend trying the Gilligan & O’Malley line at Target. You won’t be disappointed! Some of the Gilligan & O’Malley bras are still currently ON SALE for $7.98, so act fast! ?

See you next time!

Yes they do have smaller sizes! In fact, I have a harder time finding my larger size than someone who is an A, B, or C. Plenty of those in stock!

  2. I love aerie but I’m open to trying other brands, I just might find something perfect somewhere else yet I never thought of looking. Thank you for this.

  12. Target is one of the shops I just wish we had over here, they really seem to offer such a wide range of products for great prices.

  13. I need new bras so badly, but I hate, hate, hate trying them on. I think it goes back to bra shopping with my mother in the 4th grade. What a horrible experience that was. I look at these all the time when I’m at Target, I’ll have to bite the bullet and try them on the next time I go to Target with out my kids.

  14. ah good to know this option and i will have to look if i can get them in canada!

  15. Finding the right bra is so hard. Congrats on finding some that work great for you. Those look like good ones.

  18. The quality looks good and I like it has a few color selections.

  19. I know what you mean about quality bras and the VS doesn’t necessarily make it the best. My granddaughter goes there often. Charge card stay maxed out. haha I’m glad to know where to go for my top gear. Maybe I can talk her into switching. Will have to be sneaky about it though. All I have to do is just buy it and she’ll want it for herself so I’ll have to buy in her size. I hope this works!

  20. I’m so picky when it comes to purchasing undergarments. I had a tough time finding the right size until got measured at a store, and thankfully I realized I’d been wearing the wrong size. And yes, the quality of the bra is key!

  21. miljance93mommysup
