Finding time may seem even more difficult when you work from home because it’s becoming more challenging to set boundaries between work and your private life. But you have to learn to put the laptop away when the workday is over, mentally switch off from work, and be present with your family. Otherwise, you will feel like you work 24/7.
I recommend getting out of the house at least twice a week and working in a coworking space or cafe. It’s easier to set boundaries while working there.
